Mountain Bicycles
Compare complete MTB references and define the configuration, branding and dealer service requirements.
30+ Private-Label Projects
Plan your own-brand bicycle range with NARVEK in China. Choose complete mountain, non-electric fat, road or folding bicycles, then align the specification, logo, samples and packaging with your selling market.
Your Brand. Your Complete Bicycle Range.
Start with the complete bicycle your customers need. Each category connects model references, specification decisions and a project enquiry. Electric bicycle projects have a separate range.

Compare complete MTB references and define the configuration, branding and dealer service requirements.

Compare ordinary fat-bike references for your brand; confirm fit, use, components and packing for the selected model.

Start a complete road-bicycle project with the rider, market, component package and first-sample checks.

Compare ordinary folding models and agree folding, assembly, branding and export-carton requirements.
OEM Mountain Bike References
Planning a private-label mountain bike range for Europe or the United States? Compare these two newly photographed starting builds, then share the market and model direction for your project.
Start the specification discussion with frame fit, the fork, brakes, drivetrain and wheel package. Review the reference before choosing the parts for your market.
Review intended use, suspension travel, frame and shock fit, and pivot service requirements together. Confirm the suspension specification before comparing quotations.
Choose a direction in the model selector, or open the two-model reference pack before sending an inquiry.
These are reference builds for project discussion. Final configuration, availability, price, order quantity, schedule and destination-market documentation are confirmed for the quoted build.
End-to-End Project Scope
Choose only the support your project needs. Each stage stays connected to the same approved market brief, specification, artwork and commercial target.
For Brands, Importers & Distributors
For an own-brand bicycle project, start with the product brief rather than the service label. Agree what is carried over from a current reference, what changes, who approves it and which records define the order.
| Project decision | What to agree for the complete bicycle |
|---|---|
| Adapt a reference bicycle | Choose a complete mountain, non-electric fat, road or folding bicycle. Identify the component package, colour, artwork and packing changes for your brand. |
| Bring your specification | Share the complete-bicycle specification, drawings or reference sample. Ask which existing parts can be used and whether the requested changes need development, tooling, additional samples or different sourcing. Feasibility and scope are reviewed before quotation. |
| Compare supplier quotations | Compare the same bicycle configuration and assembly condition. Separate agreed development scope, sample requirements, packaging, included spare parts and commercial terms; a component name or product photograph is not the complete order specification. |
| Approve the production basis | Use a versioned component list, approved artwork, sample record and packing requirements. Record substitutions and changes in writing. Review the applicable destination-market document scope against the selected complete bicycle. |
NARVEK supports complete-bicycle projects under the buyer's own brand; the quoted scope defines the service. Review our bicycle supplier evaluation checklist, production and packing photographs and historical buyer evidence. Photos and historical reviews do not establish certification of a new order.
Complete Bicycle OEM / ODM
Compare quotation scope and production approvals before confirming your own-brand order.
Yes. NARVEK supports brand owners, importers and distributors developing complete bicycle ranges. Start with a mountain, non-electric fat, road or folding bicycle reference, then review the component specification, colours, logo, labels, manuals and export packaging for your project.
A current complete-bicycle reference gives both teams a starting point for model, specification and branding discussions. If you have your own specification, drawings or reference sample, share them with your target market and quantity so the development scope and feasibility can be reviewed before quotation.
Send your selling country, buyer role, complete-bicycle category or model reference, estimated quantity and brand requirements. Add your target price position and desired launch date if available. The selected build determines the quotation, order quantity, sample plan and schedule.
Agree the versioned bicycle specification and component list, logo artwork, colour sample, sample approval record, assembly and packing requirements, and applicable destination-market documents. Include dealer assembly instructions and any spare parts supplied with the bicycle order in the project brief.
The service label alone does not define the supplied bicycle. State whether you are adapting a current complete-bicycle reference or bringing your own specification, drawings or sample. Agree the changes, development scope, approval records and quoted terms in writing. NARVEK reviews the proposed complete bicycle and market requirements before confirming the project scope.
Review our production and packing photographs and historical buyer evidence, then send your complete-bicycle project brief.
MOQ & Lead Time
Order quantity and timing depend on the selected build, colour mix, parts sourcing and sample approval. Confirm minimum quantities, the sample plan and production schedule in the written quotation for your project.
A Better Project Brief
You do not need a finished specification. These inputs help us begin a useful product conversation.
Country, channel, rider profile and competitive set.
Bike category, use case and preferred platform.
Target retail or purchase range and expected margin structure.
Initial order estimate and annual potential.
Desired sample, production and market-launch window.
Graphics, packaging, manuals and other private-label requirements.
Approval Before Production
The specification, artwork and sample create shared approval points. Where paint is customised, physical colour and surface-finish samples are coordinated with the dedicated paint partner next to production before the batch starts. Applicable CE documentation is discussed against the selected product and destination market.

We will map the practical next steps across product, brand, packaging and delivery instead of sending a generic quotation.
