OEM Fat Bikes

Complete Fat Bicycles
for Your Private-Label Range

Develop non-electric fat bicycles under your own brand. Compare complete FT-04 and FT-05 references, then confirm the rider, use, component package, colour, logo and export packing for your selling market.

Non-Electric Complete Bicycle References

Compare 24-Inch and 26-Inch Starting Points

FT-04 is a 24-inch reference and FT-05 is a 26-inch reference. Use these real product photographs to shortlist a model, then request the tyre, frame, component and carton details for your project.

FT-04 / 24 Inch / Mechanical

24-Inch Fat Bike — FT-04

Compare six current colour directions. Confirm rider fit, tyre and brake package, approved artwork and packing against the selected sample.

FT-05 26-inch mechanical fat bicycle, owner-supplied reference photograph

FT-05 / 26 Inch / Mechanical

26-Inch Fat Bike — FT-05

Compare three current colour directions. Request the final frame, tyre, drivetrain, brake and spare-parts specification for your sales channel.

The 24-inch and 26-inch labels describe wheel-size references. They do not determine rider age, tyre width or sand/snow performance. See the model pages for confirmed facts and sample checks.

Need motor assistance? Review the separate electric fat-bike range and its model-specific electrical requirements.

For Brands, Importers & Distributors

Choosing a Private-Label Fat-Bicycle Supplier

Source a complete non-electric fat bicycle for your brand, with the intended rider and use stated in the brief. FT-04 and FT-05 are current reference starting points, not a claim that any fat bicycle is suitable for every sand, snow or coastal application.

Project decisionWhat to agree for the complete bicycle
Choose the referenceCompare FT-04, a 24-inch reference, and FT-05, a 26-inch reference. Request the selected model's fit dimensions and complete component list.
Define use before specificationState the intended surface, temperature range, rider and load. Ask the supplier to confirm the actual tyre/rim package, clearance, brakes, drivetrain and relevant sample checks for the proposed complete bicycle.
Approve your brand versionReview colour, logo placement, labels, manuals and the agreed sample. Use the versioned specification and approved changes to define the batch; tyre width or a photograph alone does not verify intended-use suitability.
Plan packing and serviceAgree the assembly condition, carton protection, manuals and any spares supplied with the bicycle order. Quantity, schedule and destination-market documents are confirmed for the quoted build.

Building a broader mechanical range? Compare mountain bicycles and road bicycles, then use the complete-bicycle OEM/ODM guide. Motor-assisted projects use the separate electric fat-bike range.

Buyer Questions

From a Reference Photo to a Model-Specific Brief

Review packing approval for your complete bicycle before confirming your own-brand order.

Which mechanical fat-bike wheel sizes can NARVEK buyers compare?

The current references include FT-04 in 24 inches and FT-01, FT-03, FT-05 and FT-06 in 26 inches. FT-02 is also listed as a separate fat-bike reference; request its current size and configuration. Wheel size alone does not define rider fit or tyre width.

How should an importer specify a fat bike for sand or snow?

State the surface, temperature range, intended rider and expected load. Request the selected model's tyre and rim sizes, clearance, fit dimensions, drivetrain, brakes and relevant sample checks. A fat tyre or product photograph alone does not establish snow, beach, salt-water or low-temperature suitability.

What should I send for a private-label mechanical fat-bike quotation?

Send the reference code, destination country, intended rider and use, proposed quantity and colour split, branding and component direction. Include packing, assembly and spare-parts needs. The written quotation and approved sample confirm the final specification and applicable documents.

Review the FT-04 sample checklist and real production and packing photographs before preparing the brief.

Planning a Fat-Bike Range?

Send the model, selling country, intended use and estimated quantity if known. Order quantity, configuration and timing are confirmed in the written quotation.
