Frame fit
Ask for reach, stack, effective top tube, standover and available frame sizes. A 29-inch wheel label alone does not establish rider fit; approve the geometry table for the ordered frame.

Configuration Review
Ask for reach, stack, effective top tube, standover and available frame sizes. A 29-inch wheel label alone does not establish rider fit; approve the geometry table for the ordered frame.
Define terrain and rider use, then review fork travel, axle format, brake model and rotor sizes as a compatible package. Confirm the exact parts and fit on the sample.
Choose gearing around rider needs and your service network. Record hub, freehub, rim, tyre, bottom-bracket and derailleur-hanger references so replacements can be sourced.
Specify logo placement, paint reference, colour split, packaging artwork and assembly level. Review both the finished bicycle and packed sample before approval.
Sample to Production
Approve the geometry, component list, finish and assembled sample together. Record brake function, gear adjustment, wheel retention, cable routing and the inspection criteria agreed for the order. Keep a permitted-substitution list so a repeat order can be compared with the same approved build.
Agree a spare-parts list covering the chosen brake pads, derailleur hanger, drivetrain wear parts and fork service route. Confirm quantities and availability in the commercial agreement rather than assuming a warranty or stock commitment.
Review our production and packing photographs and historical buyer evidence to assess the team. Those records are not presented as orders or test evidence for this new reference.
Europe & United States
Specify the EU member state, Great Britain, Northern Ireland or US destination. Confirm the intended user and final build before agreeing the applicable test and documentation scope.

| United States | CPSC bicycle guidance identifies 16 CFR Part 1512 requirements. Its certification guidance lists bicycles among products requiring a General Certificate of Conformity for general-use products.
