A clear starting brief helps both teams reach a suitable platform and realistic quotation faster.
What information should I prepare before requesting a quotation?
Share your target market, model type, expected quantity, price position and preferred specification. You can also include a competitor reference, target launch date or channel information. A finished parts list is not required to start.
Can NARVEK recommend a model if I am not sure which platform to choose?
Yes. The project team can recommend a starting platform based on rider type, terrain, retail position, service capability and expected order volume.
What bicycle categories are available?
The current platform range includes HT mountain bikes, FS mountain bikes, folding bikes, fat bikes, road bikes, city bikes, electric mountain bikes and electric fat bikes.
Customisation & Samples
Turning a Platform into Your Product
Customisation is planned around technical feasibility, volume, timing and the needs of the target market.
What can be customised for a private-label bicycle?
Depending on the platform, customisation can include the frame, geometry, components, colour, graphics, branding, packaging and manuals.
What is the MOQ for a custom bicycle order?
The standard MOQ is 100 pieces for non-electric bicycles and 50 pieces for electric bicycles. Final MOQ is confirmed against the selected model and customisation requirements.
How long do samples and mass production take?
A typical sample takes 15 days. Mass production typically takes 30 days after the specification, artwork and sample are approved. Timing can change with component availability and seasonal capacity.
When is the design rendering approved?
After the product direction and commercial terms are aligned, the design rendering is reviewed before sample confirmation and mass production.
Production & Delivery
From Approval to Shipment
Quality and delivery preparation are connected to the agreed specification and project requirements.
What quality checks are used?
Project controls can include incoming inspection, frame checks, assembly control, torque verification, road and function testing, electrical system checks, final inspection and packaging checks.
What documents should an e-bike importer prepare?
Requirements vary by destination market and product. Importers should plan applicable product testing, battery documentation, transport records, labels, user manuals and local compliance review before shipment. See the market-preparation guide.
What support is available after shipment?
After a verified quality issue, replacement parts can be included with the next order. Long-term partners can also agree a free spare-parts allowance based on the product and cooperation plan.
